Attorney at the Paris Bar since 1995, Florence Ivanier brings over three decades of experience in digital, data and artificial intelligence law.

Florence Ivanier founded AURELE IT in 2014 to provide high-level, business-oriented legal support to companies navigating complex digital-transformation and compliance matters.

lorence assists French and international groups with strategic technology projects, both in advisory and litigation contexts. She also guides them through regulatory compliance with key European frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, DORA, NIS 2, Data Act). Florence Ivanier serves as an External Data Protection Officer (DPO), appointed by several international organizations with the CNIL.

Before founding AURELE IT, Florence built her career at leading international law firms such as Bird & Bird, Harlay Avocats, and Dentons, all recognized for their expertise in technology and digital law.

Her career also includes significant international experience in New York (2005–2009) and several long-term secondments within major corporations:

  • Risk Management Department of a global IT services group: preparation of bids and negotiation of IT contracts;
  • New Technologies Division of a leading French bank: management and contractual structuring of two major IT transformation programs, including the development of a multichannel banking platform and the redesign of transaction-processing systems.

These combined experiences in private practice and in-house have given her a unique ability to act as a strategic partner, aligning legal advice with her clients’ operational and commercial priorities.

Today, Florence Ivanier is recognized as a leading practitioner in digital law and regulatory compliance.
