Check out this video from Florence Ivanier, AI expert at APM since 2025:

Hi, I’m Florence Ivanier.

I joined APM in 2025 as an artificial intelligence law expert, and I’d like to share my expertise with you on this topic:  Navigate the AI Act ans stay on top of your AI projects.

I’ve been a practicing Attorney in Paris for over 30 years, specializing in Digital Law. I chose this focus because I’m convinced that understanding the challenges of AI projects is a fundamental key for any executive looking to steer their business. Artificial intelligence can be a tremendous competitive advantage—but faced with this accelerator, many leaders feel out of their depth.

My approach: the law isn’t a roadblock—it’s a framework for analysis. My goal is to help you identify where liability and accountability really lie.

Behind any AI tool deployed in a company—a Copilot, for example—there are concrete questions that need answers: What data can an employee actually use? What needs to be negotiated with a vendor before rollout?

Guiding executives through digital transformation is my daily work. My credibility comes from a career I began at international law firms before founding my own practice, Aurele IT, in 2014.

My expertise in these matters is also reflected in my institutional responsibilities. I serve as Co-Chair of the Innovation and Digital Committee (COMINA) at the Paris Bar and as Head of the Group on Personal Data within the AI Law and Ethics Committee. These roles place me at the forefront of legal developments in AI.

I look forward to sharing this hands-on approach with you soon and helping you build the right instincts for navigating AI.
