Lancelot Gueydan, who holds the French Bar Exam Certification (CAPA), has joined AURELE IT in Decembre 2025 as a legal associate specializing in IT, Data and AI Law
He holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in E-Commerce and Digital Economy Law, following a first postgraduate year specialized in Intellectual Property and Digital Law.
He has developed strong expertise in digital law and data protection, having trained within specialized law firms where he consolidated his skills.
Throughout his internships, he has gained experience in GDPR compliance, IT contract drafting and negotiation, AI project implementation, and regulatory compliance in the field of cybersecurity. He therefore possesses a comprehensive set of skills enabling him to address a wide range of issues relating to digital law and emerging technologies, both in advisory matters and litigation support.
Driven by a strong interest in technology and contemporary challenges related to artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, he regularly takes part in professional conferences and industry events (notably those organized by the Cyberlex association).
A former high-level gymnast, diver and marathon runner, his athletic background reflects the consistency and discipline he brings to both his personal life and his professional practice.
